Terms of Service

Racksy is developed by Dev4all, an independent developer. These terms cover the Racksy app and website. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using them. Questions can be sent to hello@racksy.in.

Racksy is intended for people across age groups. If you are not old enough to enter an agreement where you live, a parent or guardian must review these terms and supervise your use. This does not replace any consent or safeguards required by law for children.

Racksy is a personal household inventory and expiry-reminder tool. You are responsible for the names, dates, quantities, photos, and other details you enter. Check suggested or imported product information against the actual product.

An expiry badge is an organizational aid. It is not a guarantee that food, medicine, cosmetics, pet products, or any other item is safe, effective, or suitable. Always follow the manufacturer’s label, storage instructions, recalls, and professional guidance where appropriate. Racksy does not provide medical advice or replace a critical alarm system.

Reminders may be delayed or missed because of notification permissions, battery restrictions, device settings, time changes, or software errors. Do not rely on Racksy as the sole way to manage safety-critical tasks.

Racksy stores inventory locally and does not require an account. Racksy does not currently provide its own cloud backup, sync, or data export. Clearing app storage, uninstalling, losing a device, or a device failure may remove data. Device-provider backups may behave differently according to your settings; do not assume they contain a recoverable copy.

You retain ownership of your inventory content. You give Racksy only the permission needed to store and display that content for the features you use. You must have permission to use any photos or other material you add. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling.

You may use Racksy for lawful personal household organization. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious code, or infringe other people’s rights.

Racksy’s branding, design, and original software remain the property of their respective owners. Using the app does not transfer those rights. Open-source components and third-party content remain governed by their own licenses; required app notices are available under Settings → About Racksy → Open-source licences. Nothing here restricts rights granted by those licenses or applicable law.

Features may change, contain bugs, or become unavailable. We may release updates to fix problems or change functionality, but do not promise a particular release date, uptime, response time, or future feature.

Racksy does not charge through the public release. Any future paid offering will explain its price and terms before a purchase. These terms do not authorize an automatic charge.

External websites, product-image providers, email, WhatsApp, app stores, and any retailer or sponsor you choose to open have their own terms. We do not control their availability, prices, content, checkout, fulfilment, returns, warranty, or privacy practices. An external link does not mean that Dev4all endorses everything on that service.

If Racksy later shows a related-product recommendation, it will be clearly marked “Sponsored” and separate from your inventory. Tapping it can redirect to an external website or app. Any purchase is between you and that third party; Racksy is not the seller. We will disclose any affiliate or sponsorship relationship near the recommendation.

The website’s interactive examples demonstrate Racksy’s design. They do not save your real inventory, create an account, or schedule actual reminders.

We provide Racksy with reasonable care, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, error-free records, or that it will meet every need. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and website are provided as available, and we exclude implied warranties that can lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Dev4all is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Racksy, including missed reminders or reliance on an incorrect entry. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer rights. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive your statutory remedies.

You can stop using Racksy at any time. See Delete your data before removing local data. We may restrict access to the website for misuse and may discontinue a service, subject to applicable law.

Changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date. Significant changes will be brought to your attention where appropriate. Please contact hello@racksy.in first if something goes wrong so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute remains subject to applicable law and the rights and courts available to you under that law.
